Can I get the Silva Centering Exercise in a CD?
We do not ship the centering audio on CD since this is a free program and the costs would be prohibitive.
We do however make the exercise available in Mp3 format so you can download it into your computer and then listen to it anytime, even without being connected to the Internet.
Once on your computer you can record the audio onto a CD (you would need a CD burner for this, many computers sold after 2003 come with one). Or you can upload the exercise to any MP3 player such as the Apple iPod and its many clones.
