When is the best time to practice the Silva Exercise for reaching the Alpha Level?
Practicing in the morning just after waking up is best.
Most people remain in Alpha naturally for a few minutes when they just wake up.
Sit up on your bed and practice the Silva Centering Exercise then. You can reach Alpha by simply doing the 3-2-1 countdown.
The second best time to practice is just before you go to bed at night. Sit up in bed and practice the exercise.
The third best time to practice is at noon, after lunch. At this time, you’re naturally a little tired in the middle of your work day and your body is ready to relax.
