Controlled project on improved performance with Silva

"# 25 members of the management staff of RCA Records Division in New Jersey went through the Silva Method training in a controlled project. An evaluation was made of each manager before and after the training in a controlled project. The instrument of evaluation chosen was Cattell's 16 PF Personality Test. The test was administered to all 25 individuals on Monday morning prior to start of the training, under the supervision of George T. DeSau, Ed.D., one of our valued consultants and lecturers. The training was given Monday through Thursday by Eileen Buehler, certified Silva Method lecturer. Twenty people completed the training and took the post-testing. Three quarters of those tested again showed significant changes for the better. The others showed little or no change.

* The greatest change for the better was in their ability to "adjust to the facts; directing emotional energies along integrated as opposed to impulse channels; and being calmer and more emotionally mature."
* The second greatest change for the better was in becoming more "assertive, competitive, and able to find enjoyment in meeting challenges."
* The third greatest change was in the participants perceiving themselves as more relaxed and composed; a vital improvement considering that, aside from its emotionally and physically depleting effects, excessive stress is recognized as a deterrent to effective decision making.
* I addition, the group showed significant improvement in skills reflective of self and organizational management. It was an impressive demonstration of the Silva Method's appropriateness for that special person known as the business manager."

Meditation breaktrhough!

Healing skills improvement
