"I credit the Silva Method program, delivered wonderfully by the loving Lise Blouin, as the saver of my life, sanity and allowing me not only to function (almost) perfectly even since (5 years so far) but also to develop my spirituality in many wonderful ways and become a much happier person while helping others in many ways.

Year 2003.
I was in despair when my husband of 23 years left me for younger pastures luring (temporarily) my younger son with him. After 6 months I also fell on ice and broke my elbow. I fainted; however, when I recovered, I applied the glove anesthesia technique and even if I had to be in a cast for 6 weeks I had no pain. It was wonderful even if nobody believed me.

My path to Silva has been a miracle. After my ex-husband left me I was crying every day and my friends were calling daily and inviting me left and right to keep me company. One day a friend called and suggested I listen to unusual story.
She visited her home town (Bucharest, Romania) and met a former university colleague who asked her to find the phone number of a former friend who lived in Germany. My friend took a while to locate this person she never met and finally found her; out of nowhere this woman shared with my friend how her life has been turned around in a miraculous way after attending a Silva method seminar.

She told me about and advised me to take it. After my ex left me I was leaving alone in our house and had a lot of expenses to pay and no money left for the course. In desperation, I asked my ex to lend me the money for the course and he did and so I was able to take the course. To this day, I still wonder how God works and helps in such marvelous ways.

After the course I started meditating and programming for my divorce to go through without any conflicts and in another miraculous way it did; even if my ex hated me and couldn’t stand talking to me, he helped me sell the house, even pack and move. After moving to an apartment, I stopped programming and he returned to his previous behavior. I no longer cared. In my daily meditations I continue to pray for him, as the father of my children. I also programmed for the best appt for me and I did get one in a very nice building for a reasonable price.

I continued programming for my sons(2) to stay in touch and this year I managed to get them to get in touch for the first time in 5 years. Another success story, taking into account that my two sons have not spoken to each other for the past 5 years. There is still a lot of work to do and I do it joyously.

In 2005 I also took the Self Healing course where I met Kaykhosrow (Kain), another amazing instructor from whom I learned different and more advanced techniques.

To conclude, I am looking forward to be part of a Silva grads group after being part of one for almost 3 years; unfortunately, distance and some members moving out of Toronto contributed to the dissolution of this family type group. I continue to be part of this group, and the great Silva family, via email, every time there is a health case and the need to help with energy and healing."

"Hello VM, I don't know if you'll remember me or not, but my Wife and I took a course in Toronto that you taught back in March. I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how the Silva course has drastically improved our lives - and helped us achieve our goals!

Leah's (my wife) dream was to open up her own Massage Therapy Clinic and to rent out rooms to other Registered Massage Therapists. She teamed up with a Chiropractor and the Clinic is now up and running as of July 1st 2004. She is currently renting out rooms to 2 other RMT's.

My major goal was to pass a 5th degree Martial Arts test. On July 16th while in Japan I passed the test! The style is Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu and the 5th degree test or 'Godan' test involves the Grandmaster standing behind the practitioner who is sitting in meditation. The Grandmaster has a practice training sword held high above the head of the practitioner. At some point the Grandmaster decides to 'kill' the practitioner - it is the practitioners job to 'sense' the killing intent and to avoid the strike.

I can't count how many times I did Silva and visualized myself passing the test. Then it happened in real life! I was ecstatic, and Im still in disbelief!

"First time I heard the centering exercise (a friend shared the cd with me) I "saw" with my eyes closed somebody "wiping off" the "windows" of my eyes. I commented this in the Silva Site because at first it scared me. I stopped the Cd and just went on doing other things. Next day I had a curiosity about what had happened so I went again to start doing the exercise. Suddenly and in a few seconds I had a vision of a bright blue caterpillar in a green leaf. Ive been very skeptical all my life. This was too much for me. I put it down again and commented to a friend who told me I`ve had a vision of a spiritual transformation that was gonna take place inside of me. This was in January 2008 and boy have I gone into a spiritual growth all this time! I almost died from a surgery and went into the Intensive Care Unit of a Hospital for 11 days which made me reflect in my life and appreciate it a lot more. Ever since my spiritual search has just been constant.
I have read several books and became familiarized with Silva´s techniques and now I live a fearless and fulfilling life.
I went a week ago on vacations to a friend´s beach house in the Caribbean. After meditating at dawn when the beach was completely empty, I felt my heart full of gratitude. As I walked in the sand I saw a perfectly heart-shaped coral. I smiled and picked it up, feeling it was a little gift of love from the Universe, letting me know I am cared for. Through that week I found 2 more heart-shaped corals!!! I have 4 kids, and I wanted to have one more heart to give to my kids when they grow up. Yesterday morning, back at home from the trip, I went to my early morning daily walk to the forest in order to meditate. When I was coming back, I found a heart shaped stone this time!!! "My Silva tranformation happened in 1972 and totally changed my life direction. I still use what I learned then and I continue to learn.

But let me begin at the beginning. I was a mostly unemployed actress in New York City and in a painfully unhealthy marriage. I did the Silva Method and my attitude about everything turned around as did my life. First, as I learned to visualize, I realized how powerful and yes, joyous it was to do.
