"First time I heard the centering exercise (a friend shared the cd with me) I "saw" with my eyes closed somebody "wiping off" the "windows" of my eyes. Through that week I found 2 more heart-shaped corals!!! I have 4 kids, and I wanted to have one more heart to give to my kids when they grow up. Yesterday morning, back at home from the trip, I went to my early morning daily walk to the forest in order to meditate. When I was coming back, I found a heart shaped stone this time!!! It made my heart rejoice and be full of gratitude. It just confirms to me that we are deeply cared for! It all started for me with that Centering Exercise, a year and a half ago..."

Yes when Jose Luis guides you through the Mental Video in Beta with eyes opened " I got the answer to my personal problem right there in Beta level" There was no need I felt to try this with Ed on the exercise, as it was a very positive answer a real "Light Bulb Experience"

So I decided to move onto another problem I have " It is my weak spot when I am driving" when someone does something stupid or is aggressive in their driving towards me." the fight or flight decision comes into play"

" I always CHOOSE Fight" and I am aware that I have a choice but I can't accept the alternative, until this morning when I played the Mental Video as instructed on the disc.

Part of the past tense playback for me is when I turned on my ignition I became aware that I am calm and relaxed after my morning discipline of QiGong and The Silva Program, not every one I meet this morning is as lucky as I am and are not as relaxed or in tune with their feelings and emotions as I am. So I was prepared for the unexpected.

All I can say is every time something was about to happen I knew it was going to.

The frustrating thing is I have always known for a while now that this was the case but the stimulus was "aggressive driver" response "FIGHT"

"My goal was to get my mind and life in order and keep growing as a human being. I started by ordering the Silva Life System CDs, but then downloaded the Silva Intuition CDs and am listening to them after hearing just a few of your Life System CDs, sensing I needed now to hear what the Intuition CDs had to tell me. I have also had some amazing insights into old family problems and the attitudes of my relatives in the 1950s and now relating to WWII.
