"I credit the Silva Method program, delivered wonderfully by the loving Lise Blouin, as the saver of my life, sanity and allowing me not only to function (almost) perfectly even since (5 years so far) but also to develop my spirituality in many wonderful ways and become a much happier person while helping others in many ways.

Year 2003.
I was in despair when my husband of 23 years left me for younger pastures luring (temporarily) my younger son with him. After 6 months I also fell on ice and broke my elbow. I fainted; however, when I recovered, I applied the glove anesthesia technique and even if I had to be in a cast for 6 weeks I had no pain. It was wonderful even if nobody believed me.

My path to Silva has been a miracle. After my ex-husband left me I was crying every day and my friends were calling daily and inviting me left and right to keep me company. One day a friend called and suggested I listen to unusual story.
She visited her home town (Bucharest, Romania) and met a former university colleague who asked her to find the phone number of a former friend who lived in Germany. My friend took a while to locate this person she never met and finally found her; out of nowhere this woman shared with my friend how her life has been turned around in a miraculous way after attending a Silva method seminar.

She told me about and advised me to take it. After my ex left me I was leaving alone in our house and had a lot of expenses to pay and no money left for the course. In desperation, I asked my ex to lend me the money for the course and he did and so I was able to take the course. To this day, I still wonder how God works and helps in such marvelous ways.

After the course I started meditating and programming for my divorce to go through without any conflicts and in another miraculous way it did; even if my ex hated me and couldn’t stand talking to me, he helped me sell the house, even pack and move. After moving to an apartment, I stopped programming and he returned to his previous behavior. I no longer cared. In my daily meditations I continue to pray for him, as the father of my children. I also programmed for the best appt for me and I did get one in a very nice building for a reasonable price.

I continued programming for my sons(2) to stay in touch and this year I managed to get them to get in touch for the first time in 5 years. Another success story, taking into account that my two sons have not spoken to each other for the past 5 years. There is still a lot of work to do and I do it joyously.

In 2005 I also took the Self Healing course where I met Kaykhosrow (Kain), another amazing instructor from whom I learned different and more advanced techniques.

To conclude, I am looking forward to be part of a Silva grads group after being part of one for almost 3 years; unfortunately, distance and some members moving out of Toronto contributed to the dissolution of this family type group. I continue to be part of this group, and the great Silva family, via email, every time there is a health case and the need to help with energy and healing."

"Frederick J. Bremner, Ph.D and Susan D.C. Russo, M.A, both Neurophysiology Laboratory, Trinity University in San Antonio Texas: performed an experiment with ten volunteer university students. A simple information-processing task was given to the students via a computer-driven television-type screen. The computer screen presents the task. The student responds by pushing one of the five buttons. Another task is presented, then another faster and faster, until the student can no longer respond or misses the correct button twice in a row. It the flashes "End of session. Your score was (reaction time)" The students were prepared for this project by being given basic relaxation training, orientation on the procedures, and practice time on the information processing task. The result of the project are that controlled relaxation shows an increase in Alpha production. As the requirement to process information is initiated, the second hemisphere of the brain is activated. The differences in brain patterns between the two hemispheres begin to diminish as performance level increases. "Going to level," conclude the researches, "may be an important step in the enhancement of man's greatest asset - the ability to solve problems.""

"During a session of the Silva Method lead by Mr. Silva, a registered nurse called Ruth helped to work on some health cases for the doctors in the class. She was a clairvoyant, which means she got information with mental images. The doctors came to the front of the room so that they could more easily ask Ruth questions and give feedback. Ruth did a super job, zooming right into the area of concern and sensing exactly the situation. Everyone was impressed, including the doctors.
One student in the class was specially impressed. He was from Oklahoma City and had driven to Houston in his new Porsche to take the class. He explained to our group that on the drive down he felt that something was not right with his car. He had taken it to the dealer in Houston and the mechanic told him that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Porsche. The auto's odometer showed less than 1,500 miles so the mechanic confidently stated it was too new to expect any problems. The man told us he wanted the nurse to work his Porsche as a case. Ruth wanted another person to work on the case because she did not know anything about cars. However, the student insisted for her to do it. Ruth accepted reluctantly and began focusing on the engine and used her hands to gesture that the object that she was attracted to was a round object similar to a skillet. On the top of this object, something coiled upward.
When Ruth was describing an spiral shape, the man with the Porsche said, " I think I know what she is talking about. I will take the car back to the dealer and ask the mechanic to check it out" . The next morning Mr Silva greeted the class, the Porsche owner held up his hand and reported that he had taken the car back to the dealer. He had asked the mechanic to replace a particular rotor. He said that the mechanic told him that he would, but that he thought it was a waste of money. The mechanic said, "We have never had to replace that particular part; however, we will do it if you insist." The owner continued, "When I went back to the dealer to pick up the car, the mechanic had a part to show me. It was was what I suspected when I heard the nurse work the case. The rotor was cracked, and the factory had made a mistake in not seeing the flaw." "The mechanic was intrigued and wanted to know how could I possibly have known that one part was the source of the trouble. I told him he might not believe me, because a nurse in a seminar had checked my car and she told me what was wrong! The mechanic was amazed, and then said, 'Do you have a class for mechanics' ""
